WALNUT CREEK, Calif., Dec. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Ascension Insurance, Inc., announced today that Ed Bray has joined their benefits practice group in the newly-created role of Senior Vice President, Compliance. Bray will be responsible for delivering health and welfare benefits compliance support and services to Ascension's clients.
Bray joins Ascension with over 15 years' experience directing corporate benefit departments within major national corporations, including Hawaiian Airlines and Apria Healthcare. Additionally, he holds a law degree from Western New England University School of Law and a MBA from Auburn University. His experience, coupled with his legal and business expertise, enables him to bring unique insight to the benefits compliance environment, as well as explain complex benefits laws in an efficient and practical way to clients.
