CLEVELAND, Dec. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- For the information of shoppers, tenants and those who may attend the planned New Year's Eve celebration on Public Square, the management of Tower City Center today confirmed hours of operation and access for Tuesday, December 31.

The center will observe its normal holiday hours and will close at 5 p.m. that day.  After 5 p.m., exclusive access will be maintained to and from RTA, the Horseshoe Casino, Tower City valet and self parking, Tower City Cinemas, Tower City restaurants (excluding the food court, which will be closed), as well as for Ritz-Carlton and Renaissance hotel guests.  No other access to the center will be permitted after 5 p.m., except as noted above.
