About the Author:Gus Gregory, father of three, and a published poet, has drawn inspiration for the stories in "Animals and Things" from his past experience as a former U.S.A.F. jet pilot and as a Maine forester. Mr. Gregory is a graduate of the University of Maine and attended Northeastern University Graduate School and Florida Atlantic University. He was president of a real estate investment and development company in Boca Raton, Florida.
His interest in education, the arts, and health and fitness is reflected in his active participation in many diverse organizations. These include the Boca Raton Academy, of which Mr. Gregory was President and Chairman of the Board, the "200" Athletic Club, of which he was Founder and first President, and the Faulk Foundation, to which he was an advisor.
