About BRIDGEBringing Resources into Drug Gripped Environment (BRIDGE) was created in 2007, amidst a growing concern about the rise of meth use among Bremen teenagers, now emphasizing abuse of any drug whether it is a behind the counter drug or street substances. The BRIDGE committee is comprised of representatives from the city's police department, mental health facilities, business leaders, doctors, church leadership as well as staff from Bremen City Schools. The primary focus of the organization is to connect citizens and their families with drug related problems to the resources and education they need, as well as to educate children of the dangers of drugs and alcohol.
