"I had a great time and appreciate all the contributions that helped me meet my goal," adds Bahn. "Being involved with MDA and being a part—if only a small part—of helping to find a cure for muscular dystrophy and Lou Gehrig's Disease is so gratifying. I hope that through MDA and the efforts of so many people, that one day these diseases will be a thing of the past."

For more than 60 years, MDA has provided help and hope for families living with neuromuscular disease. The MDA Lock-Up is a community event that is a unique and fun way to help local children and adults who live with muscle disease.
