The sale, which was closed in early August, includes $4.1 million of software licenses and $3.5 million for four years of prepaid maintenance services, totaling $7.6 million and making it the single largest software sale in the company’s history.

The agency is using Kofax Capture™ and Kofax Transformation Modules™ to capture and extract data from citizen benefit enrollment applications and related documents and export the resulting content into its systems of record. The solution enables the agency to dramatically reduce labor costs and improve service levels.
