Longview-based Ward amp; Smith Adds Attorney Akilah Craig, Debuts New Website

    LONGVIEW, TX, November 08, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Texas-based law firm Ward & Smith is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Akilah F. Craig as an associate in the firm's home office in Longview, Texas.

Ms. Craig, a graduate of Baylor Law School, represents clients in a wide variety of cases involving personal injuries, commercial litigation, oil and gas disputes, and other areas of law.

During law school, Ms. Craig participated in several national moot court and mock trial competitions and received numerous awards for excellence in oral advocacy. She earned her undergraduate degree at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pa.

Ms. Craig is licensed to practice in all Texas state district courts in addition to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. She is a member of the Eastern District of Texas Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
