DALLAS, Sept.13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Dallas-basedHolman Boiler Works, Inc. today announced plans to open a new, 24,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on a 2.54-acre site at Baypoint North Industrial Park Phase II in Pasadena, Texas.
The facility will double the company's boiler repair and refurbishment capacity in response to its growing business in the Houston and Gulf Coast areas and internationally.
"This new facility will broaden the company's capability of servicing its clients" said Holman Boiler Works CEO, John Marrinucci.
"Our new facility will enable us to provide a complete range of products and services to our growing list of customers who rely on us for the continued operation of their mission-critical boilers both here in the United States and internationally," he added.
The new plant will complement the company's existing 200,000 square-feet of boiler repair, maintenance and fabrication facilities in Dallas in providing replacement boilers, boiler tubes, parts, components and systems including super-heaters and heat exchangers.
It will replace the company's current facility at 4208 Fidelity St., Houston, which provides a full range of boiler system maintenance, repair and fabrication support services. Currently the company employs 25 employees in Houston. Once the new facility is operational, employment is expected to grow to 100 or more.
Located near the intersection of Hwy 146 and Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena, Texas, construction is expected to begin on September 13, 2013 with completion targeted for January 15, 2014.
