A Business Plan is More Important Than We Realize
As human beings, we tend to over plan for things that aren’t “life significant” (vacations, parties, etc.), and commonly under plan for things that are — our business is one of those things (especially for anyone new to the startup life).
Sure, we know a lot about what our product/service is and care about it wholeheartedly — we took a leap and turned it into a business, after all. Before we get lost in the stories of entrepreneurs becoming overnight successes without any effort, we need to give our business its best shot at success (whether we wake up tomorrow as an instant billionaire or not) — and that means it needs a proper business plan.
