Optus Loop is an application for Android and Apple iOS that will disrupt business communications.
Developed to assist SMEs operating in a mobile environment, Optus Loop is a cloud based telephony system. Optus Loop enables any business to replace fixed line PABX telephone systems with its flexible voice, messaging, video conferencing and file sharing communications suite.
Matthew Ball, Head of Small and Medium Business at Optus addressed a gathering of communications industry leaders and technology reporters recently at WeWork in Pyrmont.
"We are turning the PABX on its head by helping to reduce the costly infrastructure so SMBs can do away with clunky and expensive telephony systems to run their business seamlessly and easily on a fixed and mobile integrated service."
"With mobile and cloud changing the way people do business, Optus Loop promises to be the personal support small and medium business customers are after, because it makes customer's lives easier."
Mr Ball said Loop was designed to present a professional first impression for customers while helping SMEs grow their business.

*Optus Omnibus research conducted May 2017.
