Westpac invests in Flare HR solutions startup

Flare is a financial and human services provider that will launch in Australia in time for SME's to get on board at no cost for the new financial year beginning 1 July 2016.

Created and driven by two highly qualified and experienced business leaders, Flare is being referred to as Australia’s first all in one HR and benefits platform. Flare was designed to help businesses to take care of employee’s administration needs throughout their time with a business.

In an interview with Businesses.com.au, Jan Pacas, a co founder, said that the first value proposition that FlareHR offers to Australian SME's is access to the suite of software and the services of Flare to fully manage all of the human resource functions of a business.

"Flare will cut down on time that resource professionals spend on the repetitious and tedious functions involved in the recruitment, hiring and ongoing management of people in an organisation. We provide the back-end services and this frees up time for business executives and owners to be more innovative and efficient." Jan said.

The second value proposition that FlareHR offers is professional management of superannuation and insurance services to the business and its employees. "We provide financial education and access to a vast range of superannuation and insurance options so that people can make a fully informed choice about where to place super funds or to purchase insurance coverage."

"The FlareHR platform is a driver of education to both employers and employees and leads of a higher standard of financial literacy" Jan said.

Westpac is an independent investor in FlareHR.

FlareHR provides a revolutionary service that is an "all in one" human resources management platform provided to users at no cost.

One of the innovative attractions that has led to the strong take up of the Flare service, is access to an in house discount service which provides access for users to savings on a vast range of products and services in Australia.

FlareHR has created a nationwide community made up of employers and staff who are able to access all of the free education, management and purchasing products while keeping up with changes via newsletters and social media.

So far, FlareHR does not appear to have a competitor in the Australian marketplace. Using a suite of free services that were created with a passion for giving everyone access to best practice, Flare offers everyone who operates a business, access to the latest technology, ongoing information about accessing the best financial services and a member shopping plan, all at no cost.
