Women-owned businesses contribute billions of dollars to the regional economy, employ tens of thousands of local individuals, and provide much needed services in their communities. "Just Desserts," an annual fundraiser, celebrates these accomplishments and affords attendees the opportunity to meet three women business owners and hear how WBDC helped them jumpstart their business idea or take their business to the next level of success.
Sponsors include presenting partner Wells Fargo, as well as AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Campbell Soup Company, Harmelin Media, Highmark, Inc. and PECO Energy.
Over 250 friends of WBDC, who believe in our mission and support our goal of economic justice for all women, are expected to attend.
