JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- EverBank and the Jacksonville Jaguars are teaming up with HabiJax to provide volunteers and funding for the construction of two homes this fall.

"Participating in the building of these homes with HabiJax is something our employees look forward to every year," said Rob Clements, CEO of EverBank. "We are excited to team up with the Jaguars again this season to provide homes for deserving families in our community."

Construction began on the first home September 13 and has a tentative completion date of October 25. The second home is scheduled to be complete by November 1. EverBank employees, Jaguars players, coaches, staff and members of The ROAR Cheerleaders will work on these houses throughout the building process.

The families who will live in these homes have each completed over 300 hours of 'sweat equity,' or volunteer service, participated in financial literacy workshops, and provided a down payment to meet HabiJax guidelines and qualify to purchase a home.
