(EASV) are pleased to announce that they've signed a Letter of Intent for the acquisition of EASV's seven distribution centers located within Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee. The agreement contemplates closing the deal prior to the end of 2013.  Richards Building Supply Co (Richards), a family owned company founded in 1978 and headquartered in Chicago, IL currently operates 48 distribution centers in 11 states. With the addition of EASV's seven branches, Richards will operate 55 branches in 14 states spread between the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic states. Richards, a distributor of roofing, siding, doors and windows, will be greatly enhanced by the expertise EASV brings with their predominately siding and window business, while adding roofing distribution expertise to the EASV family.
