AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 16th, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- American Innovations, protecting people and the environment with compliance solutions for the oil & gas industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Florence as Director of Integrity Management.  Andy will be responsible for leading the Integrity management team which provides pipeline safety support services including program development, implementation and documentation for compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements. Florence was a member of the American Innovations management team until 2009 before leaving to pursue an MBA.  He brings previous experience with AI customers as well as domain expertise from both the oil and gas and technology industries.

Prior to rejoining American Innovations, Florence served as Senior Practice Director at Troux Technologies in Denver, CO, where he ensured customer satisfaction by developing best practices for Enterprise Architecture programs.  While at American Innovations, Florence was responsible for managing the integrity, risk, and compliance consulting teams, with accolades from clients for excellent service.  He has over twenty years of experience working in software services organizations around the globe.  Mr. Florence received his B.B.A. at Texas A & M University specializing in Business Analysis for Management Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Denver with honors.
