Consumers are sure to enjoy these upgraded fuel economies which are a nine percent increase from last year's models. The raise comes from the eight-speed automatic transmission with steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters which come standard even in the base model. Also in the base model is a 5-inch dash-mounted touch screen with available navigation. For consumers looking for something larger, a class-exclusive 8.4 inch touch screen with downloadable apps is available. The upgrade gives consumers the option of making the Durango a WiFi hotspot, and also provides three-dimensional maps. Adding to the screens is a dual 9-inch screen Blu-ray entertainment system which is optional in the rear.
