EXETER, N.H., Feb. 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- /Continental Who's Who/ - Hon. Roberta C. Pevear is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Writing and Genealogy. Roberta is the Co-Author of the book "Write Quick: War and A Woman's Life in Letters 1835-1867".

Upon her retirement after spending over thirty years in business administration and law before serving as a New Hampshire State Representative, Roberta has decided to change courses and has taken her professionalism to writing. She is the proud co-author of "Write Quick: War and A Woman's Life in Letters 1835-1867", a nonfiction story, which provides a captivating and compelling glimpse into the reality of a Union woman's life during the Civil War. A proposal is being prepared and she is hoping to find someone to make a Documentary about this timeless story.

Throughout the novel, Roberta uses and transcribes 150-year-old letters exchanged between her great-grandfather and great-grandmother during the Civil War. Due to the success of the story, the book has been placed into the State House library in Concord, New Hampshire, and the Daughters of the American Revolution Library in Washington, D.C., as well.

During her time as a New Hampshire State Representative, Roberta proposed various acts of legislation throughout the state, and one of her biggest career accomplishments has been the implementation of a community evacuation plan that was passed after a nuclear plant was placed in the area. In her spare time, Roberta enjoys painting portraits, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
