STAMFORD, Conn., Sept. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cenveo, Inc. (NYSE: CVO) today announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of National Envelope. The purchase formally closed today after receiving court approval to proceed with the closing on September 11, 2013. Cenveo has acquired substantially all of the operating assets of National Envelope. National Envelope will immediately take on the Cenveo name.
