She then transitioned into providing information to communities on how to manage household hazardous materials and finally worked in the capacity of regulatory compliance as a consultant and as a company point person.
Additionally, Michele specializes in Hazardous Material Management; Environmental Reporting and Management; Developing and Implementing Environmental Management Systems; as well as Regulatory Compliance.
Michele is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and Certified Water System Operator. She earned her M.S. in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and also holds a B.S. in Soil Science from the University of Wisconsin at River Falls.
