ALLENTOWN, Pa., Sept. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Andrew Stein, Chairman of the Sustainable Energy Fund's Board of Directors announced the appointment of Robert S. Thomson, Regional Manager, Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania to the Sustainable Energy Fund board of directors.
Mr. Thomson brings over 26 years of experience with Ben Franklin Technology Partners where he helped develop early-stage, technology-oriented companies through management of technology incubator operation and investment of funds from Pennsylvania's Ben Franklin Challenge Grant and Alternative Energy Development Programs. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Lehigh University, a Master's of Science degree in Mineral Processing from Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.
