Realestate Today
Perth - reiwa.com launched its brand new ‘House & Land’ section today following partnership with houseandland.com.au.
The new addition to the recently re-launched reiwa.com is packed with benefits for consumers who are looking to build their new home.
Chief Executive Officer at REIWA, Neville Pozzi, said the partnership with houseandland.com.au adds value to the website and enhances the property search experience for the public.
“This new initiative helps us deliver on our promise to be the number one destination for everything WA real estate, providing buyers who are looking to build with a one-stop solution,” Mr Pozzi.
The House & Land feature gives users access to the top land estates, building designs and vacant land, as well as provides home buyers looking to build with a better understanding of which house will fit on which block via a patented ‘matching’ technology.
Director of houseandland.com.au, Mark Shearer, said the new House & Land addition gives users the ability to choose what they want and mix and match to find their dream home.
“It helps bridge the disconnect for consumers between house and land by simplifying the overall difficulty in creating a package. Users can now view a comprehensive list of building designs from over 30 builder brands in WA removing the need to spend weekends driving all over the state looking for the perfect fit,” he said.
Executive Manager of reiwa.com, Lisa Ravlich, said this was the first of many exciting initiatives to come for the new reiwa.com and would help the website build on its strength in the WA marketplace.
“We are really excited to be partnering with houseandland.com.au. This is a space in real estate we haven’t traditionally had much involvement in, so it’s opening doors for us to engage with new segments of the market and get them on board,” Ms Ravlich said.
