Surprisingly the survey found that money wasn't a leading incentive for the majority of those asked, with only 16% stating that a pay rise alone would tempt them overseas. According to Morgan McKinley 60% of Australians feel that their current job roles lack progression, and that if they were offered a position overseas would seriously consider it.
