While this is the first time Cosentino will be officially working with Del Mar Escapes, she has enjoyed a longstanding relationship with the brand over the last decade, working on a number of joint promotions.

Most recently, Cosentino served as the Chief Marketing Office for Luxe Worldwide Hotels, where she led the international sales team. Prior to joining Luxe Hotels, Cosentino had a history of successful campaigns, program development and cultivation of new business with Givenchy Hotel & Spa, the Sofitel, and L'Ermitage Hotels (the first 5-Star Diamond hotel in Beverly Hills), gaining extensive hands-on sales and marketing experience in the hotel industry.

According to Cosentino, "The secret to my success is old fashioned gratitude; I am truly humbled by the fact that my reputation and career have been built on relationships I have with those in the travel industry who supported me every step of the way."

In addition to working with Del Mar Development, Roe & Company will be working with other travel and hospitality clients, including The Whitehall Hotel, Chicago and Petit Ermitage in West Hollywood.

Before entering the hospitality industry, Cosentino earned her law degree and enjoyed a successful, star-studded career in the entertainment industry, as a television producer on some of the most recognized TV commercials of all time. She produced commercials for American Express, Princess Cruises, Wendy's "Where's the Beef" campaign, and directed celebrities such as Robert Mitchum and Elizabeth Taylor.
