"Now more than ever, I'm able to see that Half The Road has had a ripple effect in our sport," Bertine said. "When activism and filmmaking combine in a way that the audience responds positively, it creates a movement. I think we're in the midst of a movement for equality, and I'm beyond thrilled that the momentum is still going strong."
A Q & A session with Bertine will follow the documentary screening.
