(PRLEAP.COM) The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring Friends School, has decided to take action regarding the Washington stalemate and is advising government employees and the public at large how to tell their bickering Congressmen in Washington to "go climb a tree." By doing it themselves.

The USA's largest aerial forest and zip line park, located at 16701 Norwood Road in Sandy Spring, Maryland, has announced that this Friday, October 11, will be observed at the Park as "Furlough Friday." Every furloughed government employee is invited to walk into the Park on the 11th, show their government ID and receive $11 off a ticket for climbing and zip lining in the trees for that day. (Not coincidentally, Friday is anticipated to be the 11th day of the furlough.)

The Adventure Park also makes an additional offer to non-furloughed government employees as well as the general public, for whom Washington has them "climbing the walls": A discounted ticket for use in the Park's new Monkey Grove-a section of the Park with 10 trees set up for wall-climbing style thrills. 435 coupons, each worth $11 toward admission to the Monkey Grove, are available at: www.Sandyspringtrees.org/furloughfriday.

Members of the U.S. House and Senate are not eligible for the Furlough Friday discounts as the public has already told them, metaphorically speaking, to "go climb a tree" elsewhere.

Furlough Friday is a one-day event at The Adventure Park. Short, sweet and economical. In the event that the government furlough is over by Friday, The Adventure Park will still make the discounts available, in celebration.
