MISSISSAUGA, ON, Nov. 28, 2013 /CNW/ - Canada's favourite best friends visited Brazil earlier this month to experience World Vision's work.  Teammates Jet Black and Dave Schram captured Canadian audiences with their open hearts and fun-loving humour on The Amazing Race Canada, and quickly became fan favourites.

While in Brazil they saw the incredible impact made by Canadians who give World Vision Gifts.  

Black and Schram didn't sit on the sidelines during their action-packed visit to rural Brazil. They took part in programs like soccer and music, which work to enrich the lives of children and teach them valuable skills like teamwork and leadership.  They even had the chance to introduce floor hockey to a group of Brazilian kids in an afterschool sports program. 

They also met a farmer, Edmilson, and his family whose lives have been changed through chickens and goats they received from World Vision - items Canadians can give as gifts for Christmas. These animals changed the lives of Edmilson's family by providing them with nutrition, income and financial independence. Things got a little wild when Black and Schram decided to help the farmer gather eggs to sell in the market.
