VANCOUVER, Oct. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Georgetown Capital Corp. (TSXV: GET), ("Georgetown" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to Auryn Resources Inc.

The name change has been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange and effective October 15, 2013, the Company will commence trading under the ticker symbol "AUG". The CUSIP number assigned to the Company's shares following the name change will be 05208W108 (ISIN: CA05208W1086).
