ATLANTA, Oct, 28, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Today, five key Travel, Transportation and Technology Industry Executives announced the formation of Douglas International Partners, a global consulting company.  The Company Founders have collectively occupied C Suites for more than 100 Years.  The firm will introduce a new, client centric approach to management and technology consulting.  The core Founders are:

James  Douglas (Jim):  Jim, the youngest son of the founder of Douglas Aircraft Company, is a former Sr. Executive at both Douglas Aircraft and McDonnell Douglas.

Carl  Wilson (Carl):       Carl, the former CIO at such noted Fortune 500 firms as Marriott international, The Pillsbury Company and Georgia-Pacific as well as serving on a number of private and public Boards

Barry  Shuler (Barry):  Barry is a former CIO at Ritz Carlton Hotels, CTO at Marriott International and VP of Development at Intercontinental Hotels Group.

Robert  Block (Bob):  Bob is the founder of many technology based firms in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, media, broadcasting and energy.

Jeffrey  Osborn (Jeffrey):  Jeffrey is a 25 year veteran of the management and technology consulting field in senior positions with such noted firms as TRW, SAIC, NIIT, Wipro and Travelport.

Today, Jim Douglas, along with other industry leaders, announced the formation of a consulting company specializing in the travel industry and related products and services.

Douglas International Partners has created a new client centric approach to solve real world business challenges and take advantage of unexpected opportunities.  Jim Douglas articulated the company's core point of differentiation.

Carl Wilson explained how Douglas International Partners differs from the current approach to consulting.  He said,
