PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News: EUTELSAT 115 West B, the first all-electric satellite of the Eutelsat Communications’ (Paris:ETL) global fleet, has completed the ascent to geostationary orbit and today began in orbit tests.
