The Conductiv board today announced the addition Jeff Saunders, former COO of Global digital ad agency avVenta and CIO and executive marketing leader of Citigroup. “The addition of Jeff Saunders to the CEO position gives us deep experience dealing with Global Consumer Brands who need cloud-based and mobile solutions to compete in their push for reaching and transacting with Global consumers,” said Executive Chairman Jay Noce. “Jeff has a unique blend of mobile and high volume transaction applications and a deep history of understanding how the world’s largest Global Consumer Brands need to interact with and understand the shopping needs of their customers. Conductiv also announced the addition of Bob Daughton as Executive Vice-Chairman and operations lead. “Bob is a true industry veteran in the technology and retail sector, having grown such companies as Saks Department Store Group from an emerging firm into a Global Retail powerhouse. Rob Loughan will move to Chief Strategic Officer to allow him to focus more on Strategic partnerships with top tier Distribution, Retail and Commerce partners.
