Global automotive industry leader at IFA for the first time - Mulally announcing Product and Technology News at IFA 2013 - joined by Ford Motor Company experts Jim Buczkowski and Ed Pleet

)--Ford Motor Company President and CEO Alan Mulally will deliver a keynote address September 6 at 17:00 CET the IFA in Berlin. It is the first time that an American automotive industry leaderuses IFA as a stage to introduce novelties. Further it is very special that a CEO is available for individual questions and answers following to his keynote.Mulally’s keynote will highlight how technology can make motoring safer, easier and more connected; he also will reveal an all-new concept vehicle and make several technology announcements.
Ford’s commitment to leading a new era of connected driving and how it is leveraging technology to deliver a safer, more convenient driving experience. Mulally will also reveal an all-new Ford concept vehicle with breakthrough technology features. Ford also will provide an update on plans for bringing Ford SYNC with AppLink to market later this year, including an update on app development partners.
Also in attendance will be Ford experts Jim Buczkowski, director, Electrical and Electronic Systems, Advanced Research and Engineering, and Ed Pleet, director, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Africa Connected Services.
IFA is the world’s leading trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances and will take place on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds (Expo Center City) from 6 to 11 September 2013.
