"Appeals courts review individual lower court decisions and interpret and develop the law for application in future cases," said Lascher. "That means my colleagues and I are out front in knowing what direction the law is heading. We work with trial lawyers, consult with clients, and present arguments to trial courts, intermediate appellate courts and the Supreme Court."

Lascher, who is an AV-rated lawyer and State Bar-certified specialist in appellate law, was selected by Super Lawyers as one of the top 50 women lawyers in Southern California. Lascher received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1973.
