NEW YORK, NY, June 24, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Intelligize, a premier provider of research solutions for professionals involved with SEC compliance, corporate transactions and company research, today announced the release of its Intelligize 4.0 platform, featuring a new consolidated Workspace, a detailed Company information section, performance improvements, and a new look and feel, streamlined for consistency to make it even simpler and faster for public companies, accounting firms and law firms to research and prepare SEC filings and other corporate transactions.

The ongoing, direct interaction between customers and the Intelligize research and development teams help to drive Intelligize's product strategy and is clearly reflected in the development roadmap and in this release. This new version was designed completely from customer advisory feedback and as a result demonstrates improved functionality and usability. Specific updates include:

- A new consolidated Workspace makes it easier to view all alerts, history and saved searches across all of the applications within the platform.- A new Main Menu provides quick access to important resources such as product documentation and guides, topical information and trends.- Updated names and groupings of the product applications make it easier for the user to search for specific types of disclosure. - Dedicated Company information pages for every company in the database with the information organized in one easy-to-view dashboard, let the user quickly obtain every filing, transaction and disclosure related to a specific company.- Improved browser compatibility to increase performance.

"As a preparer of our company's filings, I was fortunate enough to be a part of the customer advisory process for the latest version of the Intelligize platform," explains Chris Pettit, Director of External Reporting and Technical Accounting, Dr Pepper Snapple Group. "DPSG is actually a recent adopter of the Intelligize solution, and I was pleased to find that the reasons why we selected the Intelligize platform - for features such as the filters and advanced analytic functionality - had actually not changed, but rather the user experience was significantly improved. Intelligize is clearly investing in this platform to enhance the customer's experience with the solution, which ultimately allows me to be more efficient in my job."

"The Intelligize platform really hits the mark in a number of ways, particularly in how it extracts and organizes data making it easy to find even granular information within the sections and clauses of legal documents," states Broc Romanek, Editor of TheCorporateCounsel.net. "I am equally impressed with how the solution's comparison tools let you compare topics within disclosures, such as how companies within a particular industry have drafted a specific type of risk factor and how each company prioritized that risk factor within their disclosure. This combined with the other tools for researching SEC comment letters, no action letters, mergers & acquisitions and other SEC filings in general make this suite of applications something you would want to take a look at if you are doing SEC or transactional research."

"With this latest platform release, we are closing the gap on certain unmet customer needs, as public companies, accountants and lawyers seek more efficient, convenient and targeted ways to execute regulatory and legal documents," says Chief Executive Officer Todd Hicks. "The relationship that we have with our customers is an invaluable asset and we look forward to continued collaboration so that we further develop tools and features that will best aid them in this process."
