David Dugan is a celebrated business specialist with five tertiary qualifications in business related areas and experience working with a huge range of small to medium size (around 200 employee) companies. Having started his first company at 16 years of age, David Dugan has a true passion for business, and this is something he now uses to help, inspire and mentor entrepreneurs in all kinds of different sectors.
Managing Director Cathal O'Malley spoke of the event: 'It really was a very useful evening for us, and I'm very pleased we got the invitation. David Dugan is someone we all have a lot of respect for, given everything he has achieved with his own businesses and the work he does with so many start ups, so having the opportunity to hear him share some of his views and ideas on business was fantastic.'
'There were a lot of great people there, and we spent some time talking to some really interesting professionals. All in all it was a big success.' he continued. 'We love these kinds of events and when we are invited to something like this with a great speaker, we make every effort to go along. This was the second in a series of events the organizers are planning throughout 2014, so hopefully there will be more good stuff to come throughout the year.'
The value of industry events and attending talks by specialist speakers is something that a lot of successful companies understand, particularly in dynamic areas like marketing where good relationships and new ideas are both key.
