Gals Starting Over, is a non-profit organization started as vision from the founder, Holly Richards, after some life changes in her professional career and personal life. Holly with her own community support has built a board of professional members that are committed to create a safe and supportive environment with a soft heart for single mothers. She and her selected coaches are using their professional experiences and personal life history to give back to each individual that comes through the program.

The GSO mission is to change how we, as a community, empower women to build their skills and confidence to achieve self-sufficiency.

Gals Starting Over (GSO) was founded here in the South Bay to help women, especially single moms, who are unemployed or underemployed find and keep a job.
