SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- hint, Inc.'s founder and CEO, Kara Goldin continues hint water's endless dedication to healthy living by joining forces with the Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA), including honorary chair First Lady Michelle Obama, to launch an initiative to encourage everyone to drink more water. This movement brings together more than a dozen bottled water brands, including San Francisco-based hint, Inc., to help spread the message to their consumers, build awareness around the campaign and showcase the many water options available to hopeful participants. Among the multiple brands associated, hint water is the only flavored water on the list of approved brands as hint has no sweeteners and boasts itself as a popular producer of all-natural essence waters. Goldin originally started hint, Inc. to make it easier for consumers to lead a healthy lifestyle. Flavored only with natural fruit essence, hint has continued to deliver refreshment without unnecessary additives.

In the next year, hint water and their latest brand extension, hintfizz will support the cause by carrying the 'Drink Up' logo on their bottles and has already begun contributing by selling t-shirts online immediately with all proceeds benefitting the effort.

"Part of hint Water's original mission was to stress the importance of drinking water to achieve a healthy lifestyle. We deliver flavor through natural fruit essence, without calories or diet sweeteners," said Kara Goldin, founder and CEO, of hint, Inc. "We are committed to changing the standard perception of water among Americans and through this initiative we are able to reach an enormous audience and create a lasting impact."

"Since we started the Let's Move! initiative, I've been looking for as many ways as possible to help families and kids lead healthier lives. I've come to realize that if we were going to take just one step to make ourselves and our families healthier, probably the single best thing we could do is to simply drink more water," said First Lady Michelle Obama at the event. "That's it – it's really that simple. Drink just one more glass of water a day and you can make a real difference for your health, your energy, and the way you feel. So Drink Up and see for yourself."
