TORONTO, Nov. 22, 2013 /CNW/ -The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the pre-hearing conference in this matter be continued on December 2, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. or such other date and time as agreed to by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary.
The pre-hearing conference will be held in camera.
