After successfully leading the North American Derivatives Exchange (Nadex) for six years, Yossi Beinart, CEO of Nadex, has announced that he will be leaving Nadex to become the next CEO of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), the national stock exchange of Israel.

Nadex, a US-regulated exchange, offers traders a unique way to trade binary options and spreads on forex, commodities and stock indices markets. Trading volume on the Nadex exchange has doubled in the past year and the number of active traders has been increasing steadily with October being another record month for both trading volume and number of active traders.  Next week, Nadex Connect, a new technology for intermediated trading via futures brokers will be introduced at the FIA Futures & Options Expo.

Peter Hetherington, a Nadex director and the COO of Nadex's parent, IG Group PLC, stated, "We would like to thank Yossi for his enormous contribution guiding the business strategy to make Nadex the premier regulated binary options provider in the United States. Although we will be extremely sad to see him go, his new role is extremely prestigious and he will be leaving Nadex well-positioned for continued growth."  Mr. Hetherington noted that Mr. Beinart is expected to remain CEO of the Nadex exchange for a period of time to assist in a smooth transition to his successor, who is expected to be named shortly.
