Spectra Energy Corp Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.305 per Share

HOUSTON, Oct. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Spectra Energy Corp (NY SE: SE) has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.305 per share. The dividend is payable on December 9, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 8, 2013.

As previously announced, Spectra Energy expects to raise the 2014 annual dividend to shareholders by 12 cents (9.8 percent) beginning with a 3 cent per share increase in the first quarter.
