Webcom is being recognized as one of four prominent Canadian printing companies to receive a Benny Award this year, a prestigious industry award named for North America's patron printer Benjamin Franklin. The Benny Award goes to the best-printed piece in each of the program's 112 categories.

Webcom was selected from thousands of entries, winning the top award for Digital Printing - Juvenile Books. The winning submission in this category, a children's book entitled "These Hands", was a 500-piece run, produced on one of Webcom's full colour digital printers. "Winning the Benny Award, the highest honor in the printing industry, is affirmation of the quality of work we produce," says Mike Collinge, President, Webcom. The award was presented to Webcom's President, Mike Collinge, at the Premier Print Awards Gala, featuring the InterTech Technology Awards and the web2awards, held in conjunction with Print 13 on September 8th, in Chicago.
